How do I know which job site my candidate applied from?

There are a few areas within your Hireology account where you can see the source your applicant used to apply for your current job opening.

Within the job

From within the job itself, you will be able to see their source. To find the source, start by navigating to the job they applied to by clicking on the 'Jobs' tab then enter the job itself.

On the Applicants tab, you will see the source next to their name.

Report Card

On the candidate's profile, or Report Card page, you can also find the source. To navigate to the Report Card page, find their name using the 'Candidates' tab, click on their name when you find them in your search.

To the right hand side of the page, you'll see the job(s) they've applied for. Click on the job or more relevant job. You should now see their Report Card -- at the top of the page, you will see the source located under their name.

For more information on the best source for your applicants, check out your Sourcing report from within your Insights tab!
