You can use this to send the survey manually to a candidate that may not have applied through your career site or resend the survey to a candidate that still has not completed this next step.
Step 1: Click on 'Jobs & Candidates'.
Step 2: Click on the specific job you are hiring for.
Step 3: To the right of the candidate's name, you will see the 'Survey' heading. If there is not a percentage below this heading then you still have the option to send the survey manually to the candidate. Click on 'Survey' to move forward.
Step 4: In the top of the modal that pops up after you've clicked on the 'Survey' box, you will see a green 'Send' button. Click on this button.
Step 5: The body of the email will automatically populate with the Prescreen Survey email template but you can always customize this message before you move forward with clicking the 'Send' button. If everything looks good, click 'Send' to complete the task.
You will receive an email notification once the candidate completes the survey. You will also be able to see in your account that the status changes from 'Send' or 'Sent' to a percentage once completed.
