You can use this to send the survey manually to a candidate that may not have applied through your career site or resend the survey to a candidate that still has not completed this next step.
For starters, you'll need to find your candidate. You can find them either in the job itself or by using the 'Candidates' tab to search. (If you use the 'Candidates' tab, after you have located them, click on their name and then select the job they are associated to from the Overview page.)
Next, click on the tab for the Prescreen survey.
Towards the righthand side of the page, you will see a 'Send Survey' button, click here!
The next thing you will see is the actual email the candidate will receive. The body of the email will automatically populate with the Prescreen Survey email template but you can always customize this message before you move forward with clicking the 'Send' button. If everything looks good, click 'Send' to complete the task.
You will receive an email notification once the candidate completes the survey. You will also be able to see in your account that the status changes from 'Send' or 'Sent' to a percentage once completed.
