Setting up your Hireology // AxisCare Integration

Hireology now partners with AxisCare to better help home care agencies streamline caregiver hiring, onboarding and scheduling. Seamlessly transfer new hire data from your Hireology account directly into AxisCare.

How to Activate:
  1. Let your Hireology customer success manager know that you’re interested in setting up an integration with your AxisCare account.
  2. After Hireology enables the integration, go to your Hireology Settings page.
  3. On the Settings page, click on the Integrations tab.
  4. Find AxisCare among the list of available integrations and click the “Connect” button.
  5. Enter in your unique AxisCare subdomain and password, and click the “Save” button.
  6. The system will make a connection between Hireology and AxisCare, completing the integration.
Steps to Sync New Hires:
  1. After your integration setup for AxisCare has been completed, you will see AxisCare listed in your Hireology account settings as Connected.
  2. To transfer data for a newly hired candidate, first go to the Candidates’s tab and mark the candidate as hired. Then go to the applicant’s record on the Hires tab and select AxisCare. You will see a confirmation that the new hire has been synced to AxisCare.
  3. Once synced, new hires will be displayed in the AxisCare system under the Caregivers tab.
