If you'd like to review the attributes that Caliper has designated important to performing well in a role prior to selecting one of their Job Families for a Selector assessment, we give you the ability to review all of that information right in your Hireology account.

On the order page for assessments, there is a link to 'View Job Models'. Clicking this button will produce a PDF that you can skim through. Please note that all Job Families are listed in this doc so you will need to scroll through until you find the Family you're looking for.
