To start, click on the 'Testing' tab from your Selection Manager.
Click on 'Order skills tests' to bring you to the testing options page.
Towards the top of the page, you'll see a heading for 'Skills Tests'. Click on the dropdown menu and select the category you would like to search.
A menu with all assessments that fall within that category will appear. Look through the list and click 'Add Test' to any test you would like to send to the candidate.
You can exit out of the menu at any time, whether you select a test or not by clicking on the 'x' button in the upper, righthand corner of the menu.
Repeat this process until you have all of the assessments you would like to send the assessment included in your Order Summary.
We recommend that you only send your candidate 3-5 of these assessments. They can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes, depending on the type of assessment you send them. If you're sending these in conjunction with a Caliper, we recommend limiting the Hard Skills tests to 2 or 3.
If you're ready to fire these off to your candidate, scroll down to the bottom of the page. You'll see a 'Continue' button. Click this to move to the order review page.
Confirm the candidate's name and email address are correct then click the 'Continue' button.
Your candidate will receive an email from our partner, Findly/SkillCheck to complete the assessment. Once completed, you will receive the results for each assessment emailed directly to you.
