Next, click the 'Prescreen Surveys' tab then select the survey you wish to edit.
Here, you'll be able to review the questions that are already on your Prescreen Survey. If you still want to proceed with editing, click the 'Edit' button in the top, righthand corner of the page.
After clicking 'Edit', the Prescreen Survey will open and you will be able to make your changes.
Add questions by either using the bank on the lefthand side of the page or using the custom question field to create your own.
A question can also be marked as a "Knock-out", which means that if the candidate does not give the "right" answer, they will immediately score a 0% on the survey. (A great example of a knock-out question is asking if the applicant has a required degree or certification. i.e. I have received my Bachelors Degree.)
You can also customize the order of your survey questions by dragging and dropping into the order you prefer.
If you want to change the name of your Prescreen Survey, you can do so by editing the field at the top of the screen.
Make sure to click 'Save' when you are finished!
Note: If you edit a survey that is currently in use on an open job, any applicants received prior to the updates will retain the existing survey. All applicants received after the updates were completed will receive the revised version.
