How do I reschedule an interview in my account?

If a candidate needs to reschedule any interview, you can easily update the day and time then email them with the updated confirmation.

To start, find the candidate in the Job then click on the scheduled interview.

Once in the interview guide, click 'Reschedule' in the 'Interview Scheduled' box.

Adjust your day and time then click 'Schedule Interview'.

A separate modal will pop up with the email confirmation to send to the candidate. Review the email and make any necessary adjustments, click 'Send Email'.

The new date and time will appear on the Interview Guide as well as in the Job, Candidate Report Card page and Dashboard.
