  1. Make it possible to scroll from one "candidate" to the next, just like applicants.

    It would be very helpful to be able to select a number of "candidates" that I want to view and to be able to scroll from one candidate to the next without having to go back to the job/requisition page (like the arrows to navigate back and forth through applicants - we should have that for candidates and inactives too). Just add the back and forth buttons that are on the far left and right sides of the applicant page to the candidate and inactives viewing pages. It would make navigating candidates much more fluid and less time consuming.

  2. Step by step videos for new clients to Hireology

    I wish you had videos for beginner with step 1, 2, 3......
    The titles are not helpful if I do not know what I need to do first, second, etc.

  3. It would be AWESOME to access Caliper Reports directly from the candidate page.

    When an applicant completes an assessment/testing I would like to be able to access it from the applicants profile. At this point I have to download it in a blank field like Cover Letter or save it on my computer/email. This hardly works when I have several saved but not all are potential hires. I need the assessment to reference should I want to know if it was one of the reasons I did not recommend them for hire.

  4. Store everything in Hireology

    Really wish all email correspondence, testing etc. was stored with the applicant in Hireology! This is a no brainer. The current system of requesting it in Hireology and then having results get sent back to the requester's email is inefficient at best and a potential HR security issue. Also only seeing the email requests sent is a problem you have no idea what others may or may not have discussed with the applicant. I love Hireology's tool so far but this is a really big hole!

  6. Centralize email

    Keep emails between applicant and company/hiring manager in Hireology. It would keep communication organized and available to any hiring team member. Our other ATS does it.

  7. I want a "Virtual Bench"

    There are a lot of candidates that I would like to keep on a "virtual bench" to contact at a later date when I have a new opening. They may not be the right fit for a current opening, but they have skill sets I may need in the future. Currently there is no way to do that in Hireology that I can see.

    It would be nice to print off something that looks like a real invoice rather than downloading a CSV file. Most online businesses have a way to view, save and print actual invoices. Do you have that ability already and I'm not seeing it? Is this something you can provide?

    Ability to add additional step to Hiring Process.

    Our Hiring process looks like this today:

    0. Accept / Reject Candidate based on first impressions (based on resume and fit for the role applied for)
    1. Short Phone Screen (done by internal recruiter) -- mostly double checking assumptions made in step #0 for
    2. Achievements Interview
    3. Technical Interview (I hire for Engineering/Product team) -- This is the one we would like to capture some free form notes as well as grade the Candidate on a number of factors that are similar to but distinct enough to the Elements Interview

  11. In the applicant notes section, allow note to be sent to hiring team like you can once you move the indivudual to the candidate section.

    While I love the addition of the applicant status, if I want to send a note about the applicant to the hiring team, I can't. I need to move the applicant to the candidate status before the option exists to copy other members of my team on the note. Sometimes, a simple question needs to be addressed before deciding the applicant should really become a candidate.

  12. Be able to mass-reject candidates once a position has been filled

    Once you have filled a position, you should be able to send an email to all other applicants letting them know that the position has been filled.

    In the Reports you have the ability to sort by many different criteria except the candidate home city. This would be extremely useful when narrowing down candidates to focus on calling first.

  15. Allow the ability to create names for template letters that are not the same as the subject line.

    For example, I want to have a few different version of "Company X | Follow-Up" and it would be great to actually call them things like Pipeline Followup, Interview Followup, etc.

    Right now applicants are marked as new after they apply but this flag is cleared as soon as someone on the team opens their application. Need to be able to reset the flag as New.

  19. So confirmation that posting a comment worked

    When I add a comment to a candidate, I don't get any visible confirmation that the comment was successfully save and notifications sent to the team members I selected. This seems pretty odd to me - I still don't know if it actually worked.
