  1. Resend Reference Check

    I would like to be able to resend the reference check out again. I have had to edit emails after finding out applicants no longer use the email the reference check was sent to.

  3. More dynamic fields needed

    There should be more dynamic fields allowed in the templates. For example, [user] for the name of the person sending the email and [directphone] for their direct line or [phone] for the company number.

  5. Allow multiple languages

    Applicant should be able to choose in what language to complete their application. This would select alternate forms/templates provided by the employer.

  7. Enhance the Prescreen Survey

    I really like the Careerbuilder Screener options. I can ask a multiple choice question and rank the answer from most desirable to least desirable. I can also ask a question that requires a written answer.

  8. Number the questions on Interview printouts

    A number preceding each interview questions would help prevent printed pages from being missed and would allow a consistent reference when discussing results.

  11. Provide the ability to interface with an online auto dialer.

    We have many job postings and applicants under each posting. We should use the system to dial the numbers. It will provide faster contact rates, less stress on the office staff and better fulfillment rates.

    Should be able to select multiple applicants from the applicant tab and resend the survey. Longer term, there should be an automated survey resend if the applicant has not completed the survey after a configurable number of days.

  14. adjust the new candidate function

    Candidates should continue to be shown as new to users who have not viewed their profiles yet.
    I am missing new candidates because other members of the hiring team are viewing/ranking them and then they get lost in the shuffle because when I log in it shows that there are no new candidates.
