  1. Resend Reference Check

    I would like to be able to resend the reference check out again. I have had to edit emails after finding out applicants no longer use the email the reference check was sent to.

  2. remove templates we don't use

    Can we please hide the templates we don't use in all areas of the system? Why do I need to see all the interview templates things that are not relevant to my company - please implement the KISS process and keep it simple!

  4. Enhance the Prescreen Survey

    I really like the Careerbuilder Screener options. I can ask a multiple choice question and rank the answer from most desirable to least desirable. I can also ask a question that requires a written answer.

  5. add the ability to send mass dynamic email/SMS campaigns right out of the "Candidate" network tab.

    This will allow users to send passive email/SMS campaigns without adding past applicants/candidates back to an open job. In home health care specifically, it is very common practice to reach out to past applicants on a mass basis. That doesn't mean they are an active applicant unless they respond and express interest. Adding them back to an open job not only skews data such as App-to-Hire %, but creates inefficiency in mass outreach.

  10. All candidate data stored in Hireology - across large company

    Everything is stored in hireology - across large company etc. We have multiples stores under an umbrella, I would like another store to be able to see my notes of a no-show, people who've lied on resumes, good scores, etc and vice versa if someone previously applied elsewhere and now I have them in my candidate bucket. Probably only want to store for 2 years though?

  11. Allow for direct printing of resumes.

    It's super annoying to have to click print then click on the document and then select print again. When you are going through dozens of resumes this gets old quickly.

  13. adjust the new candidate function

    Candidates should continue to be shown as new to users who have not viewed their profiles yet.
    I am missing new candidates because other members of the hiring team are viewing/ranking them and then they get lost in the shuffle because when I log in it shows that there are no new candidates.

  15. Delayed Rejection Emails

    I'm very diligent about reviewing my applicants and would like to be able to reject those that are unqualified immediately instead of waiting a few days to ensure I'm sending out rejection emails. It would be nice if I could reject them immediately to keep my queue clean but have the email go out 2-3 days afterwards.

  16. Bulk survey resend

    Should be able to select multiple applicants from the applicant tab and resend the survey. Longer term, there should be an automated survey resend if the applicant has not completed the survey after a configurable number of days.

  17. More dynamic fields needed

    There should be more dynamic fields allowed in the templates. For example, [user] for the name of the person sending the email and [directphone] for their direct line or [phone] for the company number.

  18. Remove Blind Posting Checkbox When Opening Up Jobs

    Please can we delete the blind posting checkbox when the client goes to post a job? This functionality doesn't work at all. It doesn't make the post actually blind and actually ends up causing confusion among new and existing clients alike. During webinars and trainings, clients will ask about the blind posting checkbox which is almost a waste of time because it's an irrelevant and ill-advised feature that does not actually do anything when the box is checked. Even if it was relevant or advisable for clients to run blind posts, having a feature in the app that doesn't function…

  19. Notes button

    Can you fix it so that the cursor automatically goes to the first position inside the notes text box? I can't tell you how many times I have started typing (literally hundreds of times) and nothing is happening. It seems like a natural thing...but to have to click on the notes icon and then click again inside the text box is a small, but very annoying and important thing! Thank you!

  20. Automate interview reminders to Manager and Applicant. Send applicant reminder, along with location/map info of interview site.

    Make it possible to print all Onboarding forms with one click, or with one link instead of having to individually open all forms and print each separately
